No. Describe, Remote and PartSignal are single payments for a single case. Material Inventory and professional access are priced by scope, and the terms are confirmed in the access flow before anything is charged.
Customers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania and Ukraine pay in their own currency, and the local-language pages show those amounts. Everyone else pays in euro.
Prices, VAT, taxes and invoicing are handled in the payment flow, as described in our Terms. For business access, invoicing and VAT treatment can depend on your country and your company details.
The price does not go up. Describe and Remote end with a clear next step, and that step may be a provider visit. Beeping.me does not carry out on-site repairs; it prepares the case so the visit is shorter and better informed.
One fee per search, shown before you pay. If we do not find the part straight away, you can keep the search open for twelve months for a separate fee, and we write when it turns up. "Not found" is also an answer.
